Service Description

Spiritual Counseling sessions are more interactive than a private sitting. We will look at what is working, what is not, and how we can best shift, change, or heal something that will bring a more positive and effective way of being in the world. This may include mindfulness, or other life skills that will add to the quality of your life. Everyone has strengths and resiliency that they are already using, and a Spiritual Counseling session will help bring those strengths forward more intentionally.
